Campus Accommodation
These purpose-built apartments are managed in association with Cosmopolitan Student Homes. Students live in apartments of no more than six people. Each student has their own private bedroom with an en-suite shower room (complete with shower, hand basin and toilet). Each bedroom is furnished with a bed, bedside table, desk, chair, shelving and wardrobe. Students also have internet access in their rooms. There is a communal kitchen and living area in each apartment. There is 24 hour security and CCTV in operation and all facilities are within easy walking distance of the classrooms and other college buildings.
All utility bills are included in the accommodation fees, with the exception of internet charges. Cosmopolitan Student Homes provides a TV licence for the television set in the living area of the flat. Students can choose to have a television set (or TV viewing equipment) in their bedrooms; however, students are responsible for their own TV licence should they wish to have a television in their room. For more information regarding TV licensing please see our Frequently Asked Questions| section.
Please be advised that interest in the campus accommodation is extremely high and places are offered to international students who have a confirmed place on their chosen course on a first come, first served basis.

Home Stay Accomodation
Students have their own study bedroom and will share bathroom and other facilities with their home stay provider (also known as their ‘host’). Heating and electricity are included and students will have the use of a washing machine for their laundry.
Families in Britain may be very different to families in other countries. Students may find that they are living with a family where both parents work full-time and also have children. Many home stay providers are older people whose children have already left home. As the United Kingdom is a nation of animal lovers, it is common for households to have a family pet, the most popular being cats and dogs. Naturally, your host will do their very best to make you feel welcome, but things will feel strange at first - just as they would if you were living in campus accommodation or in privately rented accommodation. The important thing is to be 'open' to the new culture. Remember to be considerate and sensitive to any house rules that your host may have.

Luxury Share Accommodation
This is ideal accommodation for students who wish to share a bedroom with a friend of the same sex during their time studying at Stratford-upon-Avon College.
This accommodation is only 6 minutes’ walk from the main college campus and approximately 3 minutes’ walk from the delightful town centre.
Students share a twin bedroom with either en suite or private bathroom facilities, have use of a shared kitchen and study room and have on-site wardens for security and to assist with any questions the students may have. All utility bills are included and there is free Wi-Fi throughout the building. Laundry facilities are approximately 400 metres from the accommodation house; however, fresh bed linen and towels are provided on a weekly basis. There is also a small number of single rooms available. Please ask for more details if you would prefer this option.
This is a new category of accommodation for Stratford-upon-Avon College and demand is expected to be high. Places will, therefore, be offered to international students who have a confirmed place on their chosen course on a first come, first served basis.
This is a No Smoking property.

Privately Rented Accommodation
Students can choose to live in privately rented properties in
Stratford-upon-Avon. We have small number of houses and apartments which students can apply to live in. Students can choose to live with their friends or make an individual application.
Students have their own study bedroom and will share the other domestic facilities with the students they live with. The Accommodation Office assists both students and landlords to make their accommodation arrangements; however, all financial and contractual arrangements are directly between the student and the landlord.
